Terms of Service

ProductShot AI is a browser workspace where a seller uploads a product photo and generates ecommerce images, including white-background photos, studio shots, lifestyle scenes, posters, and apparel visuals such as flat lay, ghost mannequin, and virtual try-on. Signed-in use includes a limited trial. It is not unlimited free generation. Images are for ecommerce use and must be reviewed before publishing. We do not promise pixel-perfect output, correct text inside the image, or sales.

You may sign in with your email address or Google account. The sign-in email link expires 10 minutes after it is sent. A security check may run on sign-in. The account minimum age already published on the site is 13. If local law requires an older age or guardian consent, that requirement applies. Signed-in users can see a credit balance, generation history, and subscription status, and can cancel a renewing subscription from the account page. There is no delete-account button. You may ask support by email at support@productshotai.app for access, correction, or deletion of account data. Some billing, tax, fraud, and legal records may be kept when the law requires it.

You must have the right to use uploaded material and text. Do not upload copyrighted material or someone else's private material without permission. Do not break the law. Do not break in, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service. Do not send malware or spam. Do not defame or impersonate anyone.

The following content rules apply to all uploads and generation requests:

• Do not request, upload, or try to generate nude, sexual, pornographic, or other NSFW images.
• Sexually suggestive images of people are not allowed. This includes a person in lingerie or swimwear when the image is sexual or sexually suggestive.
• An ordinary catalog photo of a garment, with no sexual request, is still allowed. We do not ban all clothing product photos.
• Do not request or upload sexual content involving a minor.
• Do not upload an intimate image of a real person without that person's consent.
• Do not request violent, hateful, harassing, or self-harm content.

Requests and generated results are evaluated by automated systems. We do not promise that the check catches every prohibited image. We may refuse the request or disable the account. If an account is disabled, refunds still follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Images produced by ProductShot AI are generated by artificial intelligence. By using the service you agree to the following:

• AI output can contain mistakes, including altered product details, colors, text, logos, or proportions. You are responsible for reviewing every image before you publish it and for making sure it accurately represents the product you sell.
• Do not use generated images to mislead buyers, for example by showing features, sizes, certifications, or results a product does not have, or by presenting a virtual try-on as a measurement of fit.
• Do not use the service to create deepfakes, impersonate real people, or depict a real, identifiable person without their permission.
• Do not use the service to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other rights, or to create counterfeit product listings.
• Where a marketplace, platform, or law requires you to disclose that an image is AI-generated or edited, you are responsible for making that disclosure.
• Subject to these terms and the rights of others in material you upload, you may use images you generate for your own commercial and personal purposes. Similar outputs may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that an output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

We may suspend or terminate an account, remove content, or refuse service, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe the account has violated these Terms or the content rules, been used for fraud, chargeback abuse, credit or promotion abuse, automated scraping, account sharing or resale, or any activity that harms other users, our providers, or the service. If an account is suspended or terminated, any refund follows the Refund Policy and applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a renewing subscription from your account page.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost sales, or marketplace listing decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

If the user creates a share link, anyone with that link can view the shared images. The public share page does not show the full generation prompt. This is not a public gallery of every image. A share link may be removed.

We offer one-time credit packs, one-time access purchases, lifetime purchases, and renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions. Plan names, prices, billing cycles, and included credits are shown on the pricing page before checkout.

Payment methods: cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, plus Alipay where offered, are processed by our payment processors, which include Waffo and Stripe. For orders processed by Waffo, Waffo acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller, handles applicable sales tax or VAT, and its name may appear on your card statement and receipt. We do not store full card numbers. A separate cryptocurrency (USDT) option can appear at checkout.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for that plan until you cancel. Plans bought with Alipay or USDT as a one-time purchase do not auto-renew. If we change a subscription price, we will notify you before the change applies to your next renewal.

Cancellation: you can cancel a renewing subscription at any time from your account page (My Account) on the site, or by emailing support@productshotai.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep access and that period's credits until then, and you will not be charged again. Monthly plan credits that are unused when access ends expire; purchased credit packs remain in your account.

Within 48 hours of a purchase or renewal, including a subscription renewal, unused credits from that purchase can be refunded in cash. Credits already used for a successful generation are not refunded in cash, including inside 48 hours. The cash refund amount equals the price paid for that purchase, divided by the credits that purchase granted, multiplied by the unused credits from that purchase, minus the payment processor fee for that payment. We do not deduct that fee for a duplicate charge, a paid purchase where the credits or access did not arrive, a confirmed outage, or a refund the law requires. After 48 hours, no cash refund is provided for disliking the result, changing your mind, or choosing the wrong purchase after the credits were usable. Canceling stops future renewals only. After 48 hours, the current paid period is not refunded. A subscription charge itself is still covered by the 48-hour rule. If USDT is offered and the credits or membership access are delivered, that USDT payment is final and is outside the 48-hour card refund. If a generation fails because of our technical error, the credits are returned. This is not cash and not a replacement grant. It is not limited to 48 hours. We reply within 5 to 7 business days. Approved cash refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the bank's arrival time is outside ProductShot AI's control. For complete instructions, please refer to our Refund Policy.
