Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: when you sign in using your email address or Google account, we collect your email address.
• User content: product photos you upload, text prompts and settings you submit to generate images, and support messages sent to support@productshotai.app.
• Technical data and cookies: device and browser information, and cookies used for sign-in, security, preferences, and to analyze how the site is used. Security checks may run during sign-in.
• Payment details: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other checkout payments are processed by our payment processors, which include Waffo (acting as Merchant of Record) and Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive order details such as the product purchased, amount, currency, payment status, billing country, and the email used at checkout. If USDT payment is offered at checkout, transaction identifiers and status are collected to credit your account.

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your account and deliver sign-in email links, which expire 10 minutes after they are sent.
• Provide the workspace where sellers upload product photos and generate ecommerce images, including white-background photos, studio shots, lifestyle scenes, posters, and apparel visuals such as flat lay, ghost mannequin, and virtual try-on.
• Maintain your credit balance and generation history.
• Process transactions and handle subscription renewals.
• Enforce our content rules and maintain platform security.
• Respond to user requests sent to support@productshotai.app.

We do not serve ads and we do not sell personal information.

We share information with third parties only by role as necessary to provide the service:

• Payment processors: Waffo (as Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax and receipts for orders it processes) and Stripe receive the payment and billing details needed to process card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay transactions, prevent fraud, and meet tax obligations. Each processes that data under its own privacy policy.
• Cryptocurrency payment provider: if USDT is offered, it receives the transaction details needed to confirm the payment.
• Cloudflare: hosts the site and provides network infrastructure and security.
• Image-generation provider: receives the text prompts and images needed to generate the requested image.
• Content-safety checker: receives the text prompts and images needed to screen requests and generated results against prohibited content rules.
• Email provider: transmits account sign-in messages and customer support responses.
• Public viewers: if you create a share link, anyone with that link can view the shared images. The public share page does not show the full generation prompt. This is not a public gallery of every image, and a share link may be removed.
• Legal authorities: we disclose records when the law requires it.

ProductShot AI keeps account information while the account is in use.

Signed-in users can view their credit balance, generation history, and subscription status directly in the browser workspace, and can cancel a renewing subscription there.

Your data rights: depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

There is no delete-account button in the application. Users can email support@productshotai.app to request access, correction, or deletion of account data.

Some billing, tax, fraud, and legal records may be kept when the law requires it.

The minimum age to create an account is 13. If local law requires an older age or parental or guardian consent to use online services, that requirement applies.
