Refund Policy

Within 48 hours of a purchase or renewal, unused credits from that purchase can be refunded in cash. Credits already used for a successful generation are not refunded in cash, including inside 48 hours.

The cash refund amount equals the price paid for that purchase, divided by the credits that purchase granted, multiplied by the unused credits from that purchase, minus the payment processor fee for that payment. We do not deduct that fee for a duplicate charge, a paid purchase where the credits or access did not arrive, a confirmed outage, or a refund the law requires.

After 48 hours, no cash refund is provided for disliking the result, changing your mind, or choosing the wrong purchase after the credits were usable.

Canceling stops future renewals only. After 48 hours, the current paid period is not refunded. A subscription charge itself is still covered by the 48-hour rule.

Subscriptions: you can request a refund of an initial subscription charge or of a renewal charge within 48 hours of that charge, for the unused credits from that charge, using the calculation above. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal and have not used that renewal's credits, you may request a full refund of that renewal within 48 hours. After 48 hours, canceling stops future renewals but the current paid period is not refunded.

Credit packs: unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase using the calculation above. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

Orders processed by Waffo as Merchant of Record are refunded through Waffo to the original payment method. Where consumer law in your country gives you additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply.

If USDT is offered and the credits or membership access are delivered, that USDT payment is final and is outside the 48-hour card refund.

If a generation fails because of our technical error, the credits are returned. This is not cash and not a replacement grant. It is not limited to 48 hours.

To request a refund, contact support by email at support@productshotai.app. To stop a renewing subscription, use the cancel button on your account page or email the same address; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We reply within 5 to 7 business days. Approved cash refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the bank's arrival time is outside ProductShot AI's control.
